CANCELLATION POLICY

Single room cancellation:

Credit card number holds your room, and you pay upon arrival.  Please cancel on or before 72 hours prior to 9:00 a.m. on scheduled day of arrival, is you need to cancel. 

Deposit of first night's stay with Host is required for multiple day stays.  Or 30% deposit of entire stay, whichever is greater.  Seven day advance notice required to cancel more than one room or multiple day stays

If you book the entire house, 60 days advance notice is necessary to cancel & be refunded the full deposit

10% of first night's lodging is retained for time in processing any refunds
