Can't Arrive by 9pm?

Late Arrivals - Must be pre-approved

Please plan your trip to be able to easily arrive by 9pm

If this is not possible, consider lodging closer to your location of that day, or plan to take a motel room

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations for those who do not arrive and fully complete a 'check-in' by 9pm

If the reservation is cancelled you will still have to pay for the room unless it can be re-rented.

We encourage you to check-in when you first arrive in Valdez.  Earlier arrivals are encouraged and appreciated.

So don't leave Seward at Noon or tour other areas at length on your 'travel to Valdez' day

Should we choose to welcome you after 9pm, there will be a $35 surcharge per room
