Enjoy your trip to ALASKA, and most especially your time in VALDEZ.

Plan a two day stay for maximum benefit:  rest up, and do what there is to do in Valdez, as well!

This room is closest to the house furnace.  If you are a light sleeper, you may want to select one of the other rooms.  On a rare occasion, guests have had concerns, as the furnace kicks on to keep the water hot, even when no heat is needed.

The privacy door is a wide set of wooden louvered accordion doors.  This allows them to open wide and give the room a 'living room/kitchen component for the Sunshine room, too, if 2 couples are traveling together and want their own living/ visiting area.  In the last 5 years, we have only had one complaint on this feature.

Sometimes we can designate this as a designated private bath for a rate of $135 per night.  (As we may or may not have the other room rented).

Or, the same could be true of 'the Sunshine Room'
